Please select the method of payment that best meets your needs.

Please note: Credit Card payment is required to process your online registration request.

  1. Log in to TopNet with your WKU ID# and Pin.
  2. Select Registration from the Student Services tab.
  3. Select Register for WKU On Demand. 
  4. Follow the on screen directions provided to make your registration request.

In order to use your Financial Aid to pay for a WKU on demand class, you must complete the "WKU On Demand/Financial Aid Request for Registration" form under your Financial Aid tab on TopNet.

Please find instructions below for filling out the Financial Aid Request for Registration form. If you have specific questions regarding your Financial Aid eligibility, please contact the Financial Aid office at 270-745-2755 or fa.ondemand@wku.edu.

To request registration for WKU ON Demand course(s) to be paid for by Financial Aid:

  1. Login to your TopNet Account

  2. Click on the Financial Aid Tab

  3. Click the "WKU On Demand/Financial Aid Request for Registration" link

  4. Select the appropriate term

  5. Review the WKU On Demand Agreement

  6. Under "I am interested in a student loan if I do not have sufficient grant aid....."
    If you select "Yes," this will allow the Financial Aid department to use any of your student loan funds for your WKU On Demand tuition.
    If you select "No," please provide explanation on how you will cover the additional cost of the courses.

  7. Review the terms of the agreement. WKU On Demand classes are not semester-based, and students can finish them in as quickly as 7 weeks or you can take up to 9 months to complete them. HOWEVER - if you are using Financial Aid to pay for the class, you must complete the class two weeks prior to the end of the semester you start the class in order to maintain your future financial aid eligibility. Click "update" to electronically sign the agreement. (You must agree to complete the class within the current semester.)

  8. You will next come to the screen where you can choose your WKU On Demand courses. To add courses, choose the 'subject' by clicking on the arrow to the right side of the field.  After you have selected your classes, submit your request.

  9. You will receive an acknowledgement that you have successfully submitted your request to Financial Aid.

  10. Once the form is submitted to Financial Aid, it will be reviewed to determine your eligibility of funds to cover the tuition. If you are approved, an e-mail will be sent to your Topper e-mail address and a copy to our office. If you are academically eligible to register for the course, we will enroll you. We will send an e-mail letting you know you have been enrolled and giving you instructions on how to access your course. You will be able to begin this course immediately.

  11. Once you are enrolled, you will be able to begin this course immediately. THE 1 WEEK 100% DROP/ADD PERIOD BEGINS AS SOON AS YOU ARE ADMITTED TO THE CLASS.

Remember, if you are using Financial Aid to pay for this course, you MUST complete it two weeks prior to the end of the semester in order to maintain your Financial Aid eligibility.

To register for a On Demand course, please print and complete the Registration Form (PDF) and mail, fax, or hand–deliver it to On Demand.

You are welcome to stop by our office and register for courses or look at course materials to decide whether you want to register.

We are located in South Campus academic wing room C170. Check out the campus map. You may want to stop by the Parking and Transportation Department and get a visitor parking permit and information on parking on campus.
