In addition, our office oversees the university website and works with Information Technology Services to ensure consistent content, design and branding across the WKU website. We use social media and website analytic reporting to help guide our approach. In some cases, we collaborate with the Office of Admissions to deploy mass email and text messages to prospective students via the university's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
