English Department Calendar

The saying “academia is like a pie eating contest where the prize is more pie” feels like my Friday, every Friday. This Zoom time is open to grads and faculty, and you are welcome to drop in any time you want to check some tasks off your list before the weekend—get your emails out of the way, do a little bit of writing, tidy up some grading. It’s a nice way to “body-double” for accountability. We do a quick check in on what folks are working on, focus for an hour, and check in before signing off for the weekend. I’ll send out the Zoom link for this co-working time on Friday mornings.
