Official Ceremony Photography

Please advise your family members and friends that only press photographers, University Marketing photographers, and the official Commencement photographer (ProPics) will be allowed on the ground level during the ceremony.

 

WKU has partnered with Pro Pics to take professional portraits of all graduates during the ceremony. Photos will be available for purchase after the ceremony. There is no cost to have your photo taken and no obligation to purchase. If you would like to receive your photo proofs, please go to www.WKUphotos.com to register and upload a selfie in advance. After the ceremony, please go to www.WKUphotos.com to search for your proofs and instructions for ordering.

By participating in Western Kentucky University's Commencement Ceremony and College Recognition Ceremonies, attendees grant the university permission to use any images or videos captured during the event. These materials may be featured in future promotional content for ceremonies.

 

Media Coverage

WKU's Commencement Ceremony and College Recognition Ceremonies will be broadcast live via Bowling Green, KY local cable channels, such as WKU PBS. Check the local listings for additional information.

 

Social Media

The Commencement Ceremony and College Recognition Ceremonies will be live streamed on the WKU Facebook Page and the WKU YouTube Channel. Recordings will be archived on the WKU YouTube channel for later viewing. 

Additionally, if severe weather is in the area, WKU will communicate delay information via WKU's social media channels, text messages, email, and the Commencement website.
