Family and friends of WKU graduates are invited to attend Commencement activities. We invite you to review the full schedule for a comprehensive look at the weekend's activities. See below for information on where to stay, parking, accessibility, and more.
Commencement weekend is very busy and often occurs in tandem with other activities in the Bowling Green community. If overnight accommodations are necessary, it is recommended that reservations be made in advance. Local hotel information can be found via the Accommodations Page.
Multiple parking options are available for family and friends of graduates. WKU is located in South Central Kentucky, easily accessible from I-65 and I-165 (formerly the Natcher Parkway). Learn more about directions to campus and parking information.
Commencement is very well-attended, and those with mobility or health issues are encouraged to to arrive early. Accessible seating and parking options are available and sign language interpreters are available during the ceremonies. Learn more.
