    [Section_Value1] => <p>Dr. Terry Ballman joined Western Kentucky University as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs August 1, 2018.&nbsp; Prior to becoming provost, Dr. Ballman served as Dean of the College of Arts and Letters at California State University, San Bernardino.&nbsp; A first generation college student, she earned her PhD in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Texas.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Dr. Ballman's administrative experience includes department chair (at Western Carolina University and CSU Channel Islands), Academic Senate Chair, and Special Assistant to the Provost.&nbsp; She is committed to WKU's mission of being a student-centered, applied learning university of impact and significance to the region and beyond.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p><strong>Brian Kuster</strong> was named Vice President for Student Affairs in January 2016.&nbsp; He is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for The Center for Career and Professional Development, Counseling and Testing, Housing and Residence Life, Intercultural Student Engagement Center, Intramural Recreational Sports, Judicial Affairs, Student Accessibility Resource Center, Student Activities and Organizations and the WKU Police.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Kuster is a WKU graduate with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance and a master&rsquo;s degree in student personnel services. He joined the staff at WKU in 1985 as a residence hall director and has been Acting Director of Residence Life, Coordinator of Residential Judicial Affairs, Assistant Director of Residence Life and Director of Residence Life. He was named Director of Housing and Residence Life in 1998 and Executive Director for the WKU Student Life Foundation in 1999.&nbsp; He continues to work with the Student Life Foundation as its Executive Director.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p>Bryan B. Russell was named Chief Facilities Officer for Western Kentucky University in May 2014. He is responsible for the leadership and management of WKU&rsquo;s Facilities Management Department, Planning, Design, and Construction Department, Environmental, Health, and Safety Department, and Office of Sustainability.</p>
<p>Bryan came to WKU with the Sodexho Marriott Management Construction Division in 1999 as a Senior Project Manager during the $60M transformation of the resident halls completing Bates Runner Hall, Minton Hall, Poland Hall and Directional Halls during his tenure. Bryan returned to WKU in 2008 as Director for the Planning, Design, and Construction Department. Since his return to WKU, he has provided oversight for approximately $300M in completed construction. Currently this team is managing over $100M in active construction projects for WKU.</p>
<p>Prior to his arrival at WKU, Bryan worked for Detrex Corporation, Equipment Division for 15 years in a worldwide market for custom cleaning equipment. Bryan served in many roles from Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, and ultimately as Business Manager.</p>
<p>Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering Technology from WKU in 1984.</p>

    [Section_Value4] => <p><span>Operating with a fast break mentality from the day he was hired, Todd Stewart's tenure as WKU's Director of Athletics has been marked by consistent success for the Hilltoppers on the field of play, in the classroom, and in the community. In his five-plus years at the helm, 518 student-athletes have obtained their degrees, WKU has captured 33 total conference championships, and the athletic department staff, coaches and players have devoted close to 10,000 hours of community service. Stewart also played an instrumental role in elevating WKU's athletic programs to Conference USA on July 1, 2014.</span><br /><br /><span>The depth of WKU's success makes the Hilltoppers one of the nation's most successful all-around athletics programs, as the 33 conference championships during his tenure have been won by 12 different sport programs. &nbsp;Additionally, WKU has led Conference USA in total championships each of the program's three years in the league, and WKU's 21 league titles since 2014-15 are more than twice as many as any other league member.</span><br /><br /><span>This includes consecutive Conference USA championships for football in 2015 and 2016, and the program has posted back to back seasons of more than 10 wins for the first time in the program's 98 year history. In 2016, WKU posted an 11-3 record which included the school's third consecutive bowl win, a 51-31 victory over Memphis in the Boca Raton Bowl. WKU is one of only nine programs in the nation with a bowl win in each of the last three seasons. &nbsp;WKU also had 20 former players in NFL camps in the spring of 2017.</span><br /><br /><span>Volleyball finished its season with a 30-3 overall record, captured Conference USA regular season and tournament titles for the third consecutive season, and reached the NCAA Tournament for the sixth time in the last seven seasons. Women's basketball finished its season with a 27-7 overall record, captured the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles, and has now won 27 or more games in three consecutive seasons for the first time in the storied history of the Lady Topper program. Men's outdoor track also captured a Conference USA title.</span><br /><br /><span>These accomplishments are even more notable when coupled with WKU's outstanding academic achievements. &nbsp;The grade point average of all student-athletes in the spring 2017 semester was a 3.10, 65 percent had a semester GPA greater than 3.0,&nbsp;</span><em><strong>and</strong></em><span>&nbsp;the current cumulative GPA of all WKU student-athletes is a 3.06. &nbsp;All of these marks represent the highest totals in the history of WKU Athletics.</span><br /><br /><span>The 2015 football program had perhaps the best season in school history. WKU tied the school record for single-season wins (12), became the first school in Conference USA's 20-year history to go undefeated in regular season league play and also win the league's championship game, defeated South Florida in the Miami Beach Bowl for the program's second consecutive bowl victory, and finished the season ranked No. 24 nationally by the Associated Press. WKU Volleyball also finished its season nationally ranked, finishing No. 22 in the final AVCA poll after going 32-4, winning the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles, and sweeping Arizona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The men's indoor track team also captured the 2016 Conference USA indoor and outdoor titles, its second consecutive indoor league title.</span></p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p><strong>Robbin Morrison Taylor</strong>&nbsp;was named Vice President of Public Affairs for Western Kentucky University in May 2008.&nbsp; She is responsible for oversight and management of WKU Public Broadcasting, Media Relations, Marketing and Communications, Government and Community Relations, and WKU&rsquo;s events offices.&nbsp; Taylor came to WKU in 2000 as Assistant Director for Corporate Relations in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations.&nbsp; In 2001, she was named Director of Government Relations and later promoted to Assistant to the President for Government Relations.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Taylor served as South Central Kentucky Field Representative for U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell from 1991 to 2000 where she worked closely with state and local officials in Kentucky&rsquo;s first and second Congressional districts.&nbsp; Prior to that she worked as an Assistant Account Executive for Lovell Communications in Nashville, Tenn.</p>
<p>Taylor earned a Masters in Public Administration from WKU in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts in government and public relations from WKU in 1990.&nbsp; She is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Bowling Green and a recipient of Leadership Bowling Green&rsquo;s Bart Hagerman Award.&nbsp; She is also a 2007 graduate of Leadership Kentucky.&nbsp; In 2015 Taylor received the Athena Award from the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce.&nbsp; She currently serves as Chair of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.&nbsp; Taylor is married to Joe W. Taylor II, has a son, Will, and is a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Bowling Green.</p>

Ms. Wilkins received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, and her undergraduate degree in History from WKU. Ms. Wilkins has taught courses at WKU in Paralegal Studies, Educational Leadership, Political Science and Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport. Prior to joining WKU, Ms. Wilkins represented WKU as part of her private practice as a partner in the law firm of Campbell, Kerrick, and Grise.</p>
