Work Force Administration

Workforce Administration (WFA) is a professional bachelors degree program developed for Community/Technical College graduates, adult learners, and career-focused students. WFA compliments your prior coursework and prepares you for supervisory and managerial responsibilities in a variety of industries.

WFA works the way you do!  Some of WFA’s unique features include:

Working adults can readily focus on one class at a time, but often struggle when taking 3-5 classes concurrently.

Research shows that adult learners can focus much more intently on a subject for 5-weeks than for a more traditional 16-week semester.

WFA is not a residential program and its courses are not taught on campus.  It was specifically designed to meet the unique needs of transfer students from Community/Technical colleges.

Not all “online” programs are 100% available at a distance.  Some have required orientations, residency sessions, or in-person testing requirements.  You can complete WFA from your kitchen table!

Qualified transfer students who have completed their associates of applied science degree and general education requirements can finish their bachelors degree in as little as 15 months.

The WFA Scholarship cuts your tuition to only half of the UK (part time) or WKU (online) rates.  This is the most affordable degree of any public institution in Kentucky.
