UNDERGRADUATE OPTIONS IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
WKU’s Organizational Leadership programs will equip students with the knowledge necessary to lead in a variety of professional settings. WKU offers an undergraduate certificate, a minor in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a graduate certificate and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
Admitted students will apply core concepts of organizational leadership theories, models, and approaches. Further, the program will teach students to analyze behaviors of effective leaders and to apply ethics through their own personal leadership approaches. Course studies will include researching the impact of diversity and culture on the leadership process as well as the approaches necessary to lead within an organization.
Our programs are designed to accommodate the learning needs of all students by offering courses both online and in person.
