Educational Leadership Doctoral Program

Educational Leadership Doctoral Program

The EdD program houses over 100 students who are pursuing skills and credentials to become the next generation of leaders in various education-based organizational settings. Our unique course offerings support the busy lifestyles of our students, most of whom remain fully employed even as they work through the program experiences.

We invite both prospective and current students to explore the EdD website for further information about the program. Of course, if you have questions that require a more personal touch, please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.

WKU’s Ed.D. program is an active member of the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED), a national effort by over 100 institutions to reform and strengthen the education doctorate. We also have recently partnered with KASA (Kentucky Association-School Administration) to support our hybrid closed cohort in Summer 2021 for P-12 educators focusing on Leading Diverse Learners. KASA members can receive a discounted tuition rate of $450 per credit hour for the Summer 2021 cohort. Contact us today for more information.
