Legacy Form Assets are Being Phased Out

The new Forms Module is now available, and all new forms must be created using this updated system.

Existing form assets will continue to function for now, but should be recreated or moved to the new Forms module to avoid disruption.

November 2026 – Editing of legacy Form Assets will be disabled. Existing forms will continue to function, and submissions will remain accessible.
March 2027 – Legacy Form Assets will be fully removed from the CMS.

All WKU offices closed for the WKU Winter Break from December 21 through January 1. Offices will reopen on Monday, January 4.

Note: Winter Session classes remain in session during break.
