Legacy Form Assets are Being Phased Out

The new Forms Module is now available, and all new forms must be created using this updated system.

Existing form assets will continue to function for now, but should be recreated or moved to the new Forms module to avoid disruption.

November 2026 – Editing of legacy Form Assets will be disabled. Existing forms will continue to function, and submissions will remain accessible.
March 2027 – Legacy Form Assets will be fully removed from the CMS.

All dates are estimated and subject to change.

Students enrolling for the Fall 2017 semester need to bring the following: Â¿ Bring 2015 taxes or an estimate of your 2015 earnings Â¿ FSA ID (if known) for the FAFSA Â¿ If you are a dependent student, you will need your parentÂ¿s 2015 taxes and your parentÂ¿s FSA ID
