Savannah Snider

My freshman year on the hill was a little different than most because of COVID-19. However, I was able to be in the Big Red Marching Band and be a part of the True Crime and Pop Culture LLC. Majoring in the Department of Sociology and Criminology has proven that I really want to pursue a job in this field of study. I hope to work at an internship and to study abroad as I am an Arabic major as well. My future goal is a career with the FBI. For the department, as a Student Ambassador, I hope to see the department grow and blossom as we plan events and programs within the department. I hope that the events we plan help the students majoring in this department make connections with faculty and staff as well as other students and give us exposure to students who may become interested in the department. I am so excited to be a Student Ambassador and to be working with all of the great faculty, staff and students that we have! Go Tops!
