Kayla Distler

My name is Kayla Distler. I grew up in Newburgh, Indiana and plan on graduating in May 2024. My majors are Criminology and Psychology with a Forensics concentration. My minor is in American Sign Language, and I am also pursuing the German Studies certificate. My career goal (as of right now) is to be a special agent in the FBI dealing with criminal profiling, or something to do with forensic psychology.

I hold chair and committee positions for Phi Sigma Pi, work at Starbucks both at home and in Bowling Green, lifeguard during the summertime, and LOVE houseplants (I have over 60!). I love animals, companionship, nature, meditating, and sleeping. I’m really excited to be a part of the Student Ambassadors for this department!
