Her Master’s in Criminology with a heavy concentration on behavioral science research will enhance her expertise in bridging the gap between practice and academia.

Lada has a love for numbers, fidelity and rehabilitating, as she leads a team of 20+ practitioners that administer programs, quality assurance and administration for Kentucky Department of Corrections through ownership of Noa Counseling. She is passionate about doing things right and doing them effectively. Lada has learned and observed that there are patterns in human behavior, that when matched with most effective rehabilitation strategies coupled with fidelity monitoring, can have long-lasting results that should be measured and confirmed by unbiased numbers. Lada plans on continuing her personal and professional journey with passionate contribution toward mobilizing scholars and practitioners alike to refine rehabilitative practice and inform policy.
