Free, confidential support group for current WKU students struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation or other mental health issues. The National Alliance on Mental Illness meetings require no formal mental health diagnosis for students to participate. Non-group members (or press) are not permitted to attend. Pizza and drinks provided.
Led by two NAMI certified facilitators, each have years of mental health recovery experience. This group has the full support of the WKU Counseling and Testing Center and is a not a substitute (rather a supplement) for therapy or medication.
