Free, confidential support group for current WKU students struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation or other mental health issues. The National Alliance on Mental Illness meetings require no formal mental health diagnosis for students to participate. Non-group members (or press) are not permitted to attend. Pizza and drinks provided.

Led by two NAMI certified facilitators, each have years of mental health recovery experience. This group has the full support of the WKU Counseling and Testing Center and is a not a substitute (rather a supplement) for therapy or medication.

Join us for a Scholarly Lecture from Tibetan Buddhist Monk, Venerable Phurtemba Sherpa, on ways to permanently implement practicies of mindfulness and compassion in our day-to-day livelihoods.

Radical Self Care: It's a Vibe is a self-care workshop hosted by Dr. Saundra Starks from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. CST.

Career Fair activities begin at 3:00 p.m. CST.
