Welcome to WKU's Report It site, where if you have something to report, we want to hear it.

Public Safety / Environment Reporting

Please report any environmental health, safety or injury concern on the appropriate form.  If there is an immediate danger to life or health, contact WKU Police at 911 or 745-2548.
