Reporting Fiscal Misconduct
The University encourages it employees, students and the general public to promptly report suspected or known fiscal misconduct by WKU personnel.
Report Anonymously
Anonymous Reporting
Report fraud, waste, abuse, or other acts of fiscal misconduct anonymously via the ethics & compliance hotline. Information provided anonymously is recorded by a third party service provider, Ethics Suite, and forwarded to the Office of Internal Audit. No identifying information is sent to the Office of Internal Audit unless you choose to identify yourself during the reporting process. Anonymous reports may be made online at EthicsSuite.com/WKU.
EthicsSuite is NOT 911 or Emergency Services:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
