Can I turn in the paper form application instead of applying through REDCap?
No. The Department of Public Health has chosen to use REDCap for all GA applications.
When will the decisions be made about who will be receiving the GA positions?
Individuals will be contacted by August 1st if awarded a GA position.
Will I be contacted if I do not receive a GA position?
No. However, you can contact the Department of Public Health if you have not heard
anything by August 1st.
When are GA applications due?
Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis. However, priority consideration will be given to individuals who complete the application on REDCap by April 30th, 2013.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let her know that you have forgotten your password. She will reset your password, and you will be sent an email with a temporary password.
REDCap just told me that my password is about to expire. What does this mean and how do I change it?
Because REDCap is a program that has very private and personal information, the system automatically requires every user to reset their password every 60 days. To reset your password, click on My Profile at the very top right hand corner. This has redirected you to your User Profile. From here, click Reset password.
How can I change my email address that is on file with REDCap?

Why don't I have any projects under My Projects?
You should have the project called Graduate Assistantship Application under My Projects. If you do not, email email@example.com and let her know.
Why can't I find my name in the Incomplete Records Drop down box.
