Overview

Students may complete the courses listed below to earn a Certificate in Real Estate from WKU. These courses provide the student with knowledge of real estate brokerage operations, real estate investments analysis, and property management. Experience in real estate when combined with the Certificate prepares the student to qualify for licensing as a Real Estate Broker.

Program Requirements (12 hours)

The one-year program in Real Estate requires a minimum of 12 credit hours and leads to a certificate.
