Overview
The Organizational Leadership Certificate program allows students to enhance their understanding of leadership theory and practice. The academic requirements offer students a common basic curriculum of leadership theory, approaches, and constructs at the graduate level. Additionally, the program allows the student to choose an elective to focus in a specific area of organizational leadership. Substitutions for these courses may be made with consent of the advisor.

Students who earned or will earn a master's degree in Organizational Leadership will not be considered for admission into the Organizational Leadership Certificate.
