This territory does not have a Speech Pathology Board or licensing requirement. Speech pathology practitioners must obtain a business license from the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs. 

Additional requirements may include background checks, official transcripts, fees, additional coursework, training, experience, and jurisprudence and board examination results.
