Library Special Collections - Obituary Search Form

Library Special Collections staff will check our Park City Daily News obituary index for the years 1988-2007 for free.  Patrons will receive information regarding existance of an obituary.  They may at that time pay $10 per 3 obituaries found for scans or photocopies of the obituaries. Payment can be cash, check or money order. We do not accept credit card payments. 

For more recent obituaries use the Park City Daily News Obituary website.  

Additionally, Library Special Collections staff will search for up to three obituaries in our Kentucky newspaper holdings for a fee of $10. A search will be conducted through seven days after date of death. 

In either case, fill out the form below and you will be contacted regarding existance of obituary and consequent fees. We cannot search without name, date of death and location of death (city or county).
