Organizational Leadership

Organizational Leadership offers a great variety of courses and programs that can meet your needs while fitting into your academic plans. We have an undergraduate certificate, a minor in Organizational Leadership, the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a graduate certificate and the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. We also have a Joint Undergraduate Masters Program (JUMP) which allows our undergraduate students to take 12 hours of graduate level courses. Our programs are designed to accommodate the learning needs of all students by offering courses both online and in person.

We have classes that focus on practical leadership skills such as leadership ethics, team leadership, leading change, contemporary issues and global leadership. All our programs are applied and require students to not only learn leadership, but to practice leadership. Through our courses and faculty mentoring, we provide students an opportunity to gain a greater awareness of their personal leadership, various ways one can lead, and to gain insight on effectively leading organizations. Our ultimate goal is to better prepare you to face life’s leadership challenges!

Our faculty is interdisciplinary and have practical leadership experience to compliment a theoretical foundation making our courses very applied and experiential. We recognize the need for leadership understanding and practice in every area of contemporary life and we design our programs to allow students to gain the knowledge, experience, and credentials they need to succeed in life.
