Online Students

Online students meaning those who either have Distance Learning status (visible via billing account) or have LESS THAN 3 in-person classes located on the Bowling Green campus (can determine via class schedule at location section).

This outline should be followed when uploading your photo for a student ID at WKU. 

Important facts about uploading your photo:

1. Take your photo in front of a solid background (against a solid wall is best).

2. Face straight ahead (like your driver's license).

3. Photos need to be in color with NO after effects.

4. Be appropriate. This is your WKU ID and it represents you.

5. No headgear (i.e. hats, scarves, sunglasses)

6. Picture size needs to be below 1 MB

Photos not following these rules will be rejected.
