All WKU students, faculty, and staff are issued a WKU ID Card.

Only one active WKU ID Card can be in your possession at a time.

When & Where to Get Your ID Card

New Students

WKU ID Cards are issued to new students during TOP (Topper Orientation Program).

 

Bowling Green Campus Students & Staff 

Cards for registered students and faculty/staff members on the WKU Bowling Green campus are issued through the WKU ID Center in Downing Student Union Room 2125, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

 

Elizabethtown-Fort Knox, Glasgow, Owensboro, Somerset Campuses & Online Students & Staff

Students attending Elizabethtown-Fort Knox, Glasgow, Owensboro, or online courses may choose to have their WKU ID card made at the campus location nearest them.

Replacement Cost

Your first WKU ID card is FREE. This means the first card you ever get (includes orientation such as TOP).

Replacement cards may be purchased for $25. 

  

Damaged Cards 

Please DO NOT bend, chew/bite, crack, scratch, punch a hole in the card or keep in the back of your phone case. This includes using it to get into doors. All damaged and non-working cards will be charged accordingly.

All cards not normally functioning (or normal wear and tear determined at our discretion) are a free replacement, as long as the card is turned in at the time of getting your replacement.
