Transition from TC-1 to CA-1

Attention!  As of January 1, 2015, the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) will be updating the application for teacher certification from a TC-1 to a CA-1.  If our office is currently holding a TC-1 for you as you complete the requirements necessary for certification, you will soon receive your original TC-1 and transcript in the mail.  When you have completed the necessary requirements for your Kentucky teaching or administrative certificate, please complete the new CA-1 Form, which can be found on the website for the Education Professional Standards Board after January 1, 2015.  Here is the link: http://epsb.ky.gov/certification/certquicklinks.asp.   You will then mail the application to our office along with an official WKU transcript and passing state assessment/Praxis II scores (if applicable).

Current Kentucky Praxis II and other state assessment requirements may be found on the Kentucky ETS website.  Please be sure you have taken the correct exam for your certificate.
