Meet Our Ambassadors
Hey everyone! My name is Jamisen and I am a Family and Consumer Science Education major. This is my second year at WKU and I am so excited to share everything that I have learned with you. I am originally from Paducah, KY, and that is where my passion for FCS and FCCLA took off. My biggest piece of advice for any new college student would be to not hesitate to ask questions. I have never met anyone at WKU that is not willing to help students in any way possible!
My name is Rachel Begley and I am a junior from Springfield, KY. I am an Exercise Science major with a pre-physical therapy concentration. I am a member of the Exercise Science Club, Pre-Physical Therapy Club, and Alpha Epsilon Delta. My interests include spending time outdoors, traveling, and watching movies. As an ambassador, I am passionate about working to make connections to help the next group of students find their place at WKU and in CHHS!
I'm Emma Lord, a sophomore (Class of 2023) from Park Hills, KY with a major in Exercise Science on a Pre-Physical therapy track. I'm also in the Mahurin Honors College. I hope to continue my education through physical therapy school upon graduation. In my free time, I love to travel, play soccer, and eat tacos. I'm involved in the Pre-Physical Therapy Club, Hope 4 Haiti, Christian Student Fellowship, and the Women’s Club Soccer Team. My favorite spot on campus is the Colonnades, but I also enjoy watching the sunset from the top of PS1. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
My name is Makayla Mosier, and I am a Junior from Bowling Green, KY majoring in Dietetics/Nutrition. Outside of my program, I am involved with greek life serving as my chapter's President, the Student Dietetic Association, and I also work on campus in our TOP Orientation office as the Recruitment and Training chair and a campus tour guide. My favorite thing about WKU would have to be the great sense of community, as everyone here is like family and you are more than just a number. I owe all of my success to the supportive staff of WKU and CHHS, who constantly push me to be a better student and leader!
