Biography

Caroline Alexander Hudson is a speech-language pathologist certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensed by the Kentucky Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University.  She is Hanen certified in It Takes Two to Talk, Target Words, and More Than Words. 

Caroline has a vast amount of clinical experience in providing intervention services for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in a variety of professional settings. She is an early intervention provider. She serves as the clinical director for the Communication Disorders Clinic where she supervises student clinicians in providing speech-language services for individuals with communication disorders.  She also coordinates clinical services.  She specializes in early intervention and has a particular interest in working with feeding issues, language delays, and augmentative and alternative communication devices.  Caroline was Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky’s Educator of the Year in 2014.
