Test-Takers with Accommodations

Before scheduling with The Distance Learning Testing Center in Bowling Green, KY, the student should send their signed Faculty Notification letter to dltc@wku.edu which will allow our staff to enter the accommodation in RegisterBlast for scheduling.  Currently, our facility can provide testing accommodations for extended time. To schedule an appointment with our center, the tester will call 270-745-5122 to make an appointment; therefore, guaranteeing extended time is scheduled. Testers with accommodations other than extended time will need to schedule an exam with the WKU Student Accessibility Resource Center (SARC) due to the configuration of our testing center and their group testing environments.

Then the student will complete the off-site exam request form located at this link.

The student will call and schedule an appointment with an approved proctoring location. It is recommended that the student mention that he/she needs accommodations during the exam and confirm with the testing location that these accommodations will be provided. 

Then the student will complete the off-site exam request form located at this link.  

The student will need to provide his/her signed accommodations letter to the proctor before checking into the exam.
