COVID-19 Guidelines


Face masks are required throughout the building, including common areas, testing center, advising area, and anywhere contact with others is possible. Please follow the signs for Distance Learning Testing and stand only in the designated areas to help maintain the 6 ft. social distancing guidelines.

Health Questionnaire

You must not report for testing if you are sick or have had any of the following symptoms or experiences in the past 24 hours:

  • Fever (a temperature above 100.3 F)
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Muscle aches or chills
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea/vomiting
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • You or anyone you have been in close contact with has been diagnosed as having COVID-19
  • You have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a medical professional or local public health official

To reduce the use of lockers and the potential for the spread of COVID-19, please bring necessary items only (ex. valid government issued identification/Passport and testing documentation to your appointment). Leave other personal items at home when possible.

Please make sure to take your temperature and complete the health questionnaire above before reporting for your exam. Please DO NOT report for your exam if you have any of the symptoms above, contact ETS (Educational Testing Service) to reschedule a Praxis or GRE exam. Please contact Distance Learning Testing Center at (270) 745- 5122 to reschedule all other exams.
