Join us for a procolomation with City and County officials to celbrate TEN-4 Awareness Day.  Every Kentucky adult is a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect.  Ten-4 Bruising Rule is that if you see bruising on Torso, Ears or neck of a child 4 years or younger OR anywhere on a babythat is not yet pulling up or taking steps, you are required to report that. If you suspect a child is being harmed or neglected, call 1-877-KY-SAFE1 to report that.
