Proctored Exams


Elizabethtown Proctored Exam Hours:
Monday 1 p.m.-7 p.m. EST, Tuesday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, and Wednesday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. EST 

Fort Knox Proctored Exams are available by appointment. 

  1. Go to the Testing Center Exam Request Form, found at wku.edu/testing/offsite-exam-reg.php
  2. Enter all the information requested in the Exam Information, Your Contact Information and Proctor Information sections. 
  3. Review the two statements at the bottom of the form and click to check the boxes next to each statement
  4. Click on Submit your exam request
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from WKU Distance Learning confirming receipt of your exam request. 
  6. Click here to reserve your testing location, date, and time.  

Before filling out and submitting this form, please make sure you have submitted all assignments in accordance with the course syllabus prior to the exam.

  2. Complete the requested information. Please select Fort Knox in the Proctor Information dropdown.
  3. Review the two statements at the bottom of the form and click to check the boxes next to each statement.
  4. Click on Submit your exam request.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from Distance Learning Testing Center confirming receipt of your exam request.
  6. Call 270-745-2629 to schedule your exam at Fort Knox.

  2. Enter all information requested in the Exam Information, Your Contact Information, and Test Location sections. 
  3. Review the two statements at the bottom of the form and click to check the boxes next to each statement
  4. Click on Submit your exam request
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from WKU Distance Learning confirming receipt of your exam request.
  6. Call 270-745-2629 to schedule your exam at Fort Knox.
