Elizabeth Curtis
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Curtis is a graduate student in the Industrial Organizational Psychology program at Western Kentucky University. She is currently employed as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, she works with students in an “Intro to Psychology” class.
Elizabeth graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2021 with a B.S. in Psychological Sciences and a B.A. in Spanish. She has undergraduate experience working in Research Labs dealing with political certainty and micro-aggression. She is bilingual and has recently spent time studying abroad in Spain.
Elizabeth’s research interests are in Cross-Cultural Psychology as well as DEI training. After receiving her master's, she hopes to work with both Spanish and English-speaking companies to improve workplace relations.
