About Adam

Adam Fults is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology graduate student at Western Kentucky University and is currently employed as a Teaching Assistant and as a Research Assistant. Being a Teaching Assistant, Adam has experience working in the “Intro to Psychology” and the “Psychological Sciences Writing” courses offered at WKU, assisting teachers and students with coursework. As a Research Assistant Adam has worked in the Big Data Lab concentrating primarily on Equal Employment Opportunity research, with a special focus on legality and predictive outcomes using large data collection. 

Adam graduated from Marian University, Indianapolis with a B.A. in Psychology. At Marian University, Adam was involved with the San Damiano Scholars program which focuses on leadership, academics, faith, and community outreach. Adam worked with multiple groups on campus to help organize and implement outreach programs that would give aid and support to the local neighborhoods around Indianapolis. 

Adam’s research interests are in big data research, selection procedures, and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Adam is interested in aviation and other subfields of the transportation industry and hopes to work in the transportation field, doing big data research, after graduating from Western.
