Origin Story

Chen-Chillas was born on August 23, 2021. This is a team of I/O Psychology graduates who are enthusiastic for applying machine learning techniques to I/O psychology and cross cultural research with the lead of Dr. Xiaowen Chen. 

This group of I/O psychology professionals relies on data analysis methods to diagnose organizational and personnel issues and develop data-driven solutions to increasing workplace productivity and employee psychological well-being. Chen-Chillas' research interest includes personnel selection, leadership, workplace training, EEO laws, DEI management, cross cultural research and the employer/employee relationship.
