Meet the Machines

December 2021 is a memorable month for Chen-Chillas. We finally received our computers after months of waiting due to inventory shortage and delivery difficulty caused by the Covid pandemic. Now Chen-Chillas have a high-capacity computer and a supercomputer.

The supercomputer has powerful parts that allow it to handle much more than a regular computer at an incredibly fast speed. It has 128GB of RAM, plenty of SSD, and most importantly, an NVIDIA RTX A4000 graphics card with 16GB of GPU memory. The supercomputer provides us the super horsepower to run massive amounts of data, and it will fulfill most of our needs in machine learning and natural language processing.

We also recently got a TV! We were all very excited that we would not have to give presentations by projecting on the bare wall anymore.
