Logan Research Update

This semester, Logan was selected for the Undergraduate Student in Data Science grant from the Applied Center for Data Science, a research group at WKU. As a part of this grant, which covers 10 hours of research work a week, Logan will be presenting his research at the Data Science Half-Day in April 2022. Logan’s work focuses on building a corpus for a specialized machine learning model to power a question-generator app for Equal Employment Opportunity related news. Logan’s main work requires in-depth knowledge and programming in Python as well as web design and web scraping.
