Alexander worked as a human resources intern in iMedia Brands, an organization with subsidiaries in entertainment, consumer brands, and media commerce.  Located at the ShopHQ fulfillment center in Bowling Green, KY, Alexander performed a generalist role, assisting in interviews, onboarding, corrective actions, and benefits.  Some notable projects he worked on were the development of a corrective action training, reworking the fulfillment center safety guidelines, and coordinating an action plan for annual raises and adjustments.

Adam worked as a business transformation intern at Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company that is engaged in research, design, development, manufacturing, integration, and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. Adam worked remotely in Bowling Green KY, and reported to Enterprise Operations, a major Business Area of LM located in Bethesda, Maryland. Hired to assist on a company-wide initiative to transform HR, Some notable projects Adam worked on were: condensing employee feedback from all HR departments, providing consultation on event tools to assist the Global Diversity & Inclusion team, aided the redesign of Equal Employment Opportunity reporting, and assisted in global HR workshops.

Julia worked as a human resources intern for the RKW Group, a plastic film manufacturer headquartered in Mannheim, Germany. It is one of the world's leading manufacturers of plastic films, with its products being used in various markets from agriculture to consumer packaging. At the Franklin, KY location, Julia took on projects such as creating job descriptions, writing policies for the updated handbook, and designing a new process flow for the accounting system.
