The U.S.Department of State's Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad, thereby gaining skills critical to our national security and economic competitiveness. Students receiving Pell Grants can earn up to $8,000 for study abroad program expenses (including airfare, tuition, room and board, and other program costs.
