The Charles B. Rangel Fellowship welcomes applications from young people interested in careers of international service. The Rangel Graduate Fellowship Program provides benefits valued at up to $90,000 over two years toward a two-year master’s degree, arranges internships on Capitol Hill and at U.S. embassies, and provides professional development and support activities for those who want to become Foreign Services Officers in the U.S. Department of State.
