The M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan Advisory Board is comprised of current WKU students who strive to ensure a meaningful experience for all students participating in M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan.
- Planning engaging social activities and special events for the M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan program
- Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan Mentors
The Advisory Board is comprised of five current WKU students serving in the following positions:
- Socials Chair
- Marketing Chair
- Big Red’s Blitz Chair
- Membership Co-Chair
Co/Chairs are responsible for:
- Completing assigned job tasks
- Making recommendations to the Board
- Voting on decisions that ultimately shape the M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan program for the next year’s incoming class
While each Co/Chair is responsible for different aspects of the M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan program, the Board functions as a whole. The Co/Chair positions complement each other and work together to ensure the success of the program.
Advisory Board members:
- Should have at least one year of M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan Mentor or Resident Assistant experience (preferred), and
- Must have attended M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan as a student participant (required)
