Conference Transportation

Complimentary Western Kentucky University (WKU) Shuttle services are available from the listed local area hotels to WKU Knicely Conference Center.

Hyatt Place, Staybridge Suites, Courtyard by Mariott, TownePlace Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn

Each morning beginning at 7:30am and ending at 9:30am there will be shuttle services scheduled to make stops at each hotel to provide transportation to the conference at the WKU Knicely Conference Center.

During conference hours from 9:45am to 4pm there will be on-call services provided to conference attendees who may need to travel from the conference location to their respective hotel.

At the conclusion of each day, there will be shuttle services from 3:30pm to 5pm for attendees to return to their respective hotels. Shuttles will make multiple rounds to accommodate a large number of attendees.

The Evening Reception will take place at the National Corvette Museum, 350 Corvette Dr., Bowling Green, KY 42101.

Shuttle services will begin at your respective hotel location at 5pm, with 30 minutes loops running until the conclusion of the program at 10pm. The last bus will leave the Corvette Museum at 10:15pm.

The Evening Reception will take place at The Harbaugh Topper Club on WKU's campus.

Parking is available in Parking Structure 2 (PS2),320 University Blvd., Bowling Green, KY 42101. Shuttle Service will begin at your respective hotel location at 5pm, with 30 minutes loops running until end of the program 9pm. The last bus will leave the Topper Club at 9:15pm.

Shuttle services will be available beginning at 7:30am through 9:30am, and on call services will begin at 9:45am through the conclusion of the conference with service stops at each hotel through the end of the conference at approximately 12 noon. For attendees leaving directly from the Knicely Conference Center, there will be a secure area to leave baggage. 

In addition to the WKU Shuttle, Bowling Green offers Lyft and Uber as low cost and effective options to be transported to and from your respective hotel.

For those who would like to rent a car, Bowling Green offers the following rental car services:

The Hyatt Place offers complimentary shuttle. The shuttle runs 5 in a five mile radius from 9:30 am to 10 pm and carries 11 people at a time.  Hyatt Place recommends calling ahead of time for the Shuttle to ensure a driver for groups.

For those who chose to drive to the conference; there will be complimentary parking at the Knicely Conference Center and at the evening events.
