CASHA Graduate Assistant Opportunities

The Center for Applied Science in Health and Aging offers Graduate Assistantship (GA) positions to WKU Graduate students from a variety of related academic programs, such as Exercise Physiology, Psychological Sciences, Social Work, etc. Graduate Assistant responsibilities will consist of research responsibilities, as well as, service-related or general responsibilities.

CASHA GA’s are appointed after rigorous review and a competitive selection process. A GA appointment, typically for one year, is contingent upon prior admission into a related WKU degree program, the programmatic needs of the CASHA, and allocation of funds for the position.  GA appointments are eligible for renewal for a second year, based on funding and first year performance by the GA.

  • Cover Letter (include previous knowledge/skills and career goals/research interests)
