Board of Regents Approves Pre-Development Agreement with Gilbane for Student Housing

Today, the WKU Board of Regents voted to approve a pre-development agreement with Gilbane to enhance student housing on the Hill. Gilbane is a nationally recognized partner with extensive experience supporting universities through Public-Private Partnership (P3) arrangements - an approach that has become increasingly common as campuses work to modernize facilities and elevate the student experience.
This agreement marks an important first step in providing new, innovative housing options for our students. As designs, renderings and project updates become available throughout the spring semester, we will provide updates to ensure that our campus community stays well informed.
