WKU String Academy - Winter Registration Form

Please fill out the form below to register for the Winter Session, December 8 - January 19, 2026. After you register, we will email you a link to reserve lesson times.

The Winter Session includes 3 individual lessons and 1 group class. The tuition rates are:

30-minute lessons: $120
45-minute lessons: $180
1-hour lessons: $240

Group class will be on Sunday, December 14, in FAC Room 319.
3:00p-4:00: Beginners to Book 1
4:00p-5:00: Book 2 and up

Tuition Policy and Payment Instructions

All payments must be received by the WKU Cashier's Office by December 15 to avoid a late fee of $100. If paying by check, please factor in two extra weeks for processing. The following are instructions regarding ONLINE PAYMENT from the Cashier's Office:

The Cashier’s Office has implemented a new process for credit card payments. This should be easier for anyone with an invoice to make payments. You will go to: https://app.wku.edu/pay-my-invoice/ to make a payment. Please have your Invoice Number, which begins with S0; Customer ID, which begins with 80; and the amount the invoice was originally written for, on hand.

Once the above information is input, you can “Lookup” your account and pay your outstanding invoice.

There are no additional fees for paying an invoice with a credit card. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
