WKU SSI Refund Policy and Cancellation Insurance
All registrations are final at the time of submission. Not attending the SSI for any reason does not entitle a refund. When registering a student, it reserves space, time, and staffing whether or not your child attends the program.
At the time of registration, every student was given the option to purchase cancellation insurance that guarantees a refund in the case of non-attendance. If you did not choose this option, we are unable to offer a refund.
Cancellation Insurance Guidelines
Cancellation is an optional policy available for purchase at the time of registration. If you purchased Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, you must request a refund by emailing camp director Dr. Andrew Braddock: andrew.braddock@wku.edu
Refund requests must be submitted no later than midnight forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start date of the SSI. For example, SSI begins on Monday, so refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 pm (Central Time, US) on Friday.
