Psychological Sciences Faculty and Staff

My research focus on three areas. The first area is talent management, more specifically on personnel selection, assessment development and validation. The second is the application of machine learning techniques to I/O psychology, more specifically on competency modeling, predictive model establishment and customer experience research. The third is international work and organizational psychology (iWOP) and cross cultural research, specifically focusing on cross cultural competency (a.k.a. cultural intelligence), multicultural teamwork and global leadership.
