Research Participants

We are always looking for participants ages 60 and over to participate in our studies! Our research would not be possible without your help! We may also be able to offer you small monetary compensation for your time. If you are interested in helping the Adult Learning Lab by volunteering in our studies, you can do this two ways: Call our Lab at (270) 745-4167 and leave us a message with your name and phone number, or e-mail our Lab at adultlearninglab@wku.edu. A lab member will return your phone call or e-mail as soon as possible and discuss with you a day and time that works for you.

Students Looking for Research Experience

If you are a WKU student and you are interested in gaining some experience conducting psychology research, please stop by to visit Dr. Shake in Gary Ransdell Hall Room 3041 or e-mail him at matthew.shake@wku.edu.  You can simply volunteer time in the lab or, if interested, sign up for PSY 490 course credit.
