PASSPORT SERVICES HOURS OF OPERATION 
WKU Passport Services is open Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM to assist with any questions regarding the passport process. Appointments are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The telephone extension is 4658. We are located on the ground floor of the Downing Student Union. 

 

POSTAL SERVICES HOURS OF OPERATION 
Postal Services is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. The telephone extension is 4262. Postal Services is located in the Service and Supply Building at the corner of Russellville Rd. and University Blvd. To enter, walk down the sidewalk near the main entrance and enter the red door. Enter the first door and stop at the customer service desk.

 

Note: Outbound mail collected during the day by the WKU Mail Services is processed for delivery to USPS at 3:00 p.m. To receive prompt service, please try to meet these dispatch times. If you miss the cutoff time, your materials will be sent out the next business day.
