The Office of Public Affairs, Photographic Services provides a photographer to university clients according to established departmental goals and priorities. Clients requesting our services must use the online form below.

To help your request go through smoothly, please remember:

  • Set aside sufficient time to be a part of the photographic process.
  • Reasonable notice should be given for an assignment and our staff photographer will be assigned as available. We do not have the capacity to cover every request.
  • Clients will only receive images as electronic files. We employ a variety of delivery methods including the University-Wide Shared Drive, web file downloads and DVD's when necessary. The client has first use of the images, however all images remain property of the Office of Public Affairs and become part of the university photo database.

Photo Shoot Information

Please indicate how long the event is expected to last (hours, minutes, etc.).

Describe in detail the type of images you are requesting.

Name and phone/e-mail of contact at location (if different than requester).

If off-campus/out-of-town, is transportation provided?

Names, title and contact information of people to be in photo.

Please specify intended use for photos.

Provide information for whom the final images are to be delivered.
